Constantluvsinging: The Constitution provides that the President is the commander and Chief of all of the Armed forces. In order for the military to rise against Obama they will have to defy the Constitution that you claim to want to defend. 2nd Just who do you propose to lead the treason and overthrow of the US govt that you have suggested and exactly what type of govt are you contemplating to put in its place. ladyanimaldr: In order for it to be a felony or for that matter any crime at all to obey Obama, Obama must first be declared ineligible to be President in a court of law. Unless that happens, any USA Military personnel that does not follow his orders shall be charged with treason which is a federal offense which I believe is punishable by death.
